Covid-19 Vaccination
For students 16 and older, the Ohio Dept. of Health has asked schools to share information about the Covid-19 vaccine for students. If anyone has any questions, they should contact the Hancock County Health Department at 419.424.7105.

State Testing
State testing begins in April! Please make sure your student gets a good night's rest and has a good breakfast on the days they have their state test.
April 9th: 12th grade Government students
April 12th-13th: 3rd and 5th grade English Language Arts
April 15th-16th: 3rd and 5th-grade Mathematics
April 19th-20th: 4th and 6th grade English Language Arts
April 19th-20th: 7th, 8th, and 10th grade English Language Arts
April 22nd-23rd: 6th-grade Mathematics
April 22nd-23rd: 7th and 8th-grade Mathematics
April 22nd-23rd: High school Algebra 1 and Geometry students
April 26th-27th: 4th-grade Mathematics, 5th, and 8th-grade Science
April 26th: High School Biology (10th grade)
April 27th: High School U.S. History (10th grade)
**Please note that the 7-12 students will follow a 2-hour delay schedule on April 19th, 20th, 22nd, 23rd, 26th, and 27th to allow for testing. ALL 7th-8th grade students will report daily at 7:50 am. If your high school student is testing on any of those days they need to report at 7:50 am. If your high school student is NOT testing on those days, they will report to school at 9:50 am. Millstream A block students will report to Millstream as normal unless testing.**

Summer Enrichment Opportunity
The BGSU Academic Enrichment Camps are back for 2021 and have been redesigned to meet the needs of students in grades 3 through 8. Every day for two weeks students will be engaged in interactive learning in a variety of content areas of their choice. Students can select to enrich their learning in mathematics, reading, science, and now social studies. These courses are taught and designed by trained teachers who are experts in their content. During the camps, students will work directly with their camp instructor and same-age peers, enjoying a variety of activities to grow their interest in learning and deepen their knowledge.

McComb Local School is excited to announce that the USDA has extended free lunch and breakfast meals to
ALL
students
AT NO COST
through
June 30, 2021
, or until the federal funding runs out. This program is to give nutritious meals to students while minimizing potential coronavirus exposure.
Additional items (2

entrée, drinks, snacks, etc.) continue to be available for purchase to those students that apply.
FREE AND REDUCED
meal applications still need to be completed by those who qualify so you will continue to receive those benefits after the USDA waiver expires and regular meal status is re-instated.

SORA APP
This program is for McComb K-8th grade students and was purchased with the CARES Act Mini-grant for libraries.
